All the buzz about Galaxy’s Edge, (the new Star Wars land in Disneyland Park opening May 31st), has us all forgetting about the magic that is Mickey’s 90th birthday celebrations throughout the parks!
As I’ve endlessly posted, the Get Your Ears On Celebration at both parks offers so many fun and nostalgic Mickey and Minnie inspired extras and treats that run all through the crazy opening of the new land, and they are not to miss! (However the tasty treats will stop May 27th- so make sure to try them all before they are gone!)

There is so much to try and snack on but I have to say our family favorite of them all has to be the Cookies and Cream shake at Schmoozies over by the Animation Academy in California Adventure. The kids love it, and so do we! The presentation is adorable, it’s perfect to share, and so photo worthy!
Besides all the amazing insp-EAR-ational treats, the nightly show, “Mickey’s Mix Magic“, is NOT to miss. Seriously, its my favorite show ever at Disneyland, (and I’ve been going since I was a baby people!). This show makes me dance, sing and cry everytime, which isn’t saying much cuz I cry at so many things Disney…BUT it’s truly special. With 3 different viewing locations throughout the park, (Main Street, Rivers of America, and Small World), you can see the magic and move to the beat no matter where you might be at show time! The high energy projections are fun, the music is great and the fireworks make it even more spectacular! If you do nothing else, do this. The show will have it’s final perfermance June 6th!
